Powerlifting
The program is based around the 3 main lifts, Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. While building technique and skill on the 3 main lifts, we customize accessory movements to each individual based on their individual weaknesses or imbalances. In this class, you will learn how to stay safe and injury free, advanced techniques to execute your main lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press), and how to execute your accessory lifts to get maximum benefits from them.

Programming will be available in three different levels (beginner, intermediate, advance), with the exception of needed modifications for individual athletes. In each class, individuals can expect to perform one or all three main lifts and their derivatives as well as certain muscle isolation work.
