Powerlifting

The program is based around the three main lifts: squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. While building technique and skill on these lifts, we customize accessory movements to each individual based on their weaknesses or imbalances. You will learn how to stay safe and injury-free, as well as advanced techniques to execute your main lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press) and your accessory lifts to get maximum benefits.

Is this program right for you?

If you are an individual who:

  • is a recreational or competitive powerlifter,

  • is looking to improve overall strength and muscle mass,

  • would like better technique, efficiency and coordination with the squat, deadlift and bench press

Programming will be available at three different levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), with the exception of needed modifications for individual athletes. In each class, individuals can expect to perform one or all three main lifts and their derivatives, as well as certain muscle isolation work.

Olympic weightlifting

In our Olympic Weightlifting program, you will learn the technical execution of the snatch, clean, and jerk and related lifts. You will also work on general and specific strength exercises to complement your snatch and clean & jerk.
