Jerrett Hansen,

Jerrett's career in massage therapy started in 2006 while being an active martial artist, as well as training in weightlifting, running and competitive grappling. His style of massage is based in Swedish massage foundations but has progressed to his own style of deep but non-invasive massage therapy techniques designed for immediate benefit and no need for a rest day. The goal of his style of massage therapy is to allow the body to move in a way that isn't compensating though other structures allowing you to have proper mechanics while living your everyday life.

Jerrett's modalities include:

  • Lymphatic draining

  • Peripheral-Neuropathy (numbness in the feet)

It was through fitness where she found her safe place. When Chantelle finished high school, she knew she wanted to help people and ended up working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. A few years later she decided to combine her love of fitness and education in psychology to help enrich people’s lives by receiving her Personal Training diploma. Since that day, she hasn’t looked back.

Chantelle’s goal is to empower people and show them how they can nurture their body, mind and soul. With her psychology background, she looks forward to supporting and motivating you to live a healthier, happier life.
